Career development programmes for researchers

Researchers who would like support and guidance regarding their career development can take advantage of the services the LBG Career Centre offers.
Counselling begins with a career chat, which can be conducted in person or virtually. In preparation, documents are available to be completed independently before the chat.
Afterwards, researchers can opt for a potential analysis or three coaching sessions. They can also participate in workshops, training sessions and expert talks at the LBG Career Centre.
The LBG Career Centre's services are primarily aimed at pre- and post-docs at Austrian research institutions or people with equivalent responsibilities (e.g. scientific staff at university hospitals)
